My boss has asked me to check out this book as a fast track to getting up to speed in Help Desk Management. Our company was bought out and in an attempt to get up to the new company standards I need as much information as I can get-as quickly as I can get it.

I ordered the book Help Desk Crash Course that was offered after the HDI webinar today (30Jun09). After I hit ‘submit’ I was directed to the page indicating I needed to press ‘back’. I don’t know if the order was received. Please advise.

Wow thanks for the lightning quick response, Phil. Good to hear. I just wish it was a little sooner. I need the book next week so I ordered the paperback. I’ll keep an eye out for the ebook. Happy new year!
